Payment Methods
We accept all currencies, however, your payment will be converted to US dollars. Any fees associated with the conversion will be covered by us and applied to your play balance.
We accept the following Payment Methods: Citadel, myCitadel, Credit Card,
NETeller, FirePay, Money Transfer, Bank Wire,
eWalletXpress, CLICK2PAY and Moneybookers.
- Credit Card - Credit card companies have implemented systems that allow
banks to identify the nature of any purchase made online. Some banks have
responded cautiously by declining online gaming purchases.
- NETeller - NETeller is an online money transfer service that you can use
to deposit funds to your casino account. Opening a NETeller account is
like using an 'online wallet'. You can deposit, withdraw, and transfer
funds to any merchants that support NETeller Online Payments.
- FirePay - A FirePay Account is a FREE Web-based bank account that works
like a debit card - you deposit money into your FirePay Account then use
it to deposit funds to your casino account. All you have to do is register
your checking account to receive a virtual debit card. Then you can use
this virtual debit card to deposit funds to your casino account instead of
using your Visa or MasterCard.
- Money Transfer - Funds deposited to your account through a Money
Transfer will be available in your OnlineCasino.com account immediately
after we receive confirmation from the Bank or Wire Service.
- Bank Wire - Money deposited by Bank Wire will be available in your
OnlineCasino.com account immediately after we receive confirmation from
the financial institution.
- Citadel - This payment option is available to all our players in North
America. The checking account you use must be at a financial institution
in North America and the check must be payable in US dollars.
Withdrawal Methods
All withdrawals are made using the casino software. Click 'Cashier' in the main casino lobby then click 'Withdraw'. Follow the instructions provided to complete your withdrawal.
NOTE:
- You cannot withdraw an amount under $20.
- Balances under $10 will be reversed back into your play account. Any balance under $20 pending for a month will be reversed.
- The maximum amount we can send per week is $4000. If your withdrawal is more than $4000, we will send you your winnings at a rate of $4000 per week until perfect payment.
- The first time you make a withdrawal, our Security Division will verify your account information. This process can take up to 10 business days. Changing your payment instruction will also require similar security verification.
You will receive an email confirmation when your winnings have been sent.
We provide the following Withdrawal Methods:

Use your FirePay Account like a virtual debit card. It's a free, online bank account that you can use to transfer funds to and from your casino account.
NETeller (www.NETeller.com)
Think of NETeller as an online wallet. You can use NETeller to purchase credits or withdraw your winnings conveniently and safely.
Bank Wire
If you select this method, you will be required to provide your bank information to complete your transaction.
Bank Draft
If you choose 'Bank Draft', we will mail you a check to the address you provided when you registered. You can also choose 'Bank Draft Express' to receive your check faster; however you will be charged an additional flat fee.
