Responsible Gambling

Filed under: Help — biglist @ 10:07 am

Gambling is a form of entertainment enjoyed by millions of people. The majority of people gamble without experiencing any problems. However, just as some people can become addicted to alcohol or tobacco, it is possible for a person to become obsessed with gambling. Although, according to many studies, only 1 percent of the adult population faces this problem, for us even one compulsive gambler is one too many.

It is not possible to predict who will develop a gambling problem, but once identified, the problem can be successfully treated.

Casino on Net endorses responsible gaming. Although compulsive gambling is not easily detected, we have implemented a number of measures to address the problem:
- Casino-on-Net’s training program incorporates methods and techniques that assist our employees in recognizing and taking appropriate actions when they identify compulsive or underage gambling.
- We have implemented a self-eviction program for those who may need our assistance. Upon your request, we will cancel your membership and will prevent you from entering our Casino.
- We let you set your own maximum allowed deposit amount.
- Upon your request, we will remove your name from our Email list.

To have an enjoyable experience when visiting our Casino, we advise you to follow these guidelines:

- Make sure that the decision to gamble is your personal choice.
- Establish what constitutes an acceptable loss before starting to gamble.
- Never gamble if:
You are younger than the legal gambling age.
It interferes with your work or other responsibilities.
You are in recovery for addictive disorders or dependencies.
You are under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
You are attempting to make up for prior gambling losses.

Please know how to set limits and when to stop. Like many things, what is enjoyable in moderation can be disastrous in excess.

Fair Play

Filed under: Help — biglist @ 10:04 am

One of the main concerns of Online gaming operations is to guarantee fair gaming. Casino on Net understands the importance of explaining how this is actually done:

The Casino-on-Net “dealer” is really a computer. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is utilized to ensure that performance is truly random. Casino-on-Net uses the trusted MD5 RNG, which provides consistently random results. The system has been rigorously tested by running millions of rounds and examining results. The system is also systematically tested by Casino-on-Net.

Casino-on-Net provides our Members with an easy to use Online log of their game results. This information may be reviewed any time, by pressing the “My Account History” button, and includes amounts wagered, game results, as well as Deposit and Cash Out records.

Casino-on-Net has retained the services of internationally respected and distinguished independent auditors, in order to review the Casino’s Payout Percentage.

The review is conducted on a monthly basis, and includes the Payout Percentage of each Casino-on-Net game, as well as the total average Payout Percentage of Casino-on-Net.

Getting money out of a casino takes longer than it does to put it in. To insure safety of gaming account, you should be be OK with that.

Times vary from casino to casino, but here are sample times from Casino On Net.

“Cash Out requests are processed five (5) Business Days from the date of request. Gold VIP Member Cash Out requests are processed two (2) Business Days from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your Cash Out Request, from within the Casino’s Cashier, and return it to your Casino-on-Net Bankroll. Casino On Net strongly recommend using their secure Online Credit Card system.

It is fast, user friendly, and completely secure. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for securing their transaction server and MD5 encryption technology for data transfer. It is safer than using your Credit Card at your local gas station or when ordering a pizza over the telephone.

Intersafe Global, the provider of Credit Card processing services for Casino-on-Net, is one of the most experienced transaction firms worldwide and has processed millions of Online transactions without problem.

However, if you prefer, do offer the option of printing out a Deposit form and faxing it to them.

Game Starts Before I Bet

Filed under: Help — biglist @ 9:29 am

When playing on a Group or Public Table, you are sharing the table with other players. In order to keep the game speedy, and to eliminate the possibility of one player holding up the whole table, the casino may have set a default time limit for placing a bet.

If a player does not place a bet and click the “Deal”, “Spin” or “Roll” (depending on the game you are playing) button, within this default time limit, the game will continue without them and they will have to wait for the next round.

If a bet was placed on the table, but the “Deal”, “Spin” or “Roll” button was not clicked within the default time limit, the game will automatically continue and include the player.
The default time limits provide plenty of time to place your bets in comfort, with time to spare. If you click “Deal”, “Spin” or “Roll” as soon as you have finished placing your bet, the game will be speedy and enjoyable.

However, if you feel that you don’t have enough time to place your bets, please choose a Private Table, where there are no default time limits, and you can take all the time you want. On a Private Table the game will not resume until you have clicked the “Deal”, “Spin” or “Roll” button.
