But, they also have stuff on topics that regular people can understand like Marketing Your Software & Website, SEO, Hosting Domains & Online Services, Legal & Business and Shareware download links.

For webmasters with affiliate programs you should check out their forum where you can post your pitch. That’s a good place to pick up a PR4 link for free.
