New Las Vegas Homes
Vegas is a fun place to visit! Why not move there like thousands of people are doing every month! You can check out Las Vegas real estate online at the millionsaver.com website and get a good idea of what you can afford in that market.
A very enticing offer is listed on their home page. It says that for a new home you can get with zero money down plus get all closing costs, free appliances, free granite counter tops, free oversized lots, free oversized garages.
When I searched for a home in the $100-$150,000 range, I got 17 different hits. One hit was a one bedroom, 700 sq ft apartment conversion in the southwest area that looked pretty good.
You can search by City with Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City. If you know your way around the area you can also search by Zip Code or by North, East, South, Northwest, Southwest and Henderson areas.
If you’re in the market for a bargain you can also option their forclosures list of HUD and VA. HUD and VA homes. They promise “Just use our automated email hotline. You will get a list of homes in seconds!” That’s a whole lot better than paying for such a list from those foreclosure sites.
This is a great place to start your online research for that much anticipated move to Las Vegas. You’ll find all types of Vegas real estate listed here.
